No! Sending and receiving a referral is absolutely free using our standard version. We also offer premium ($99/month) and PMS-integrated ($199/month) versions, which offer even more convenience, flexibility and features for those practices sending or receiving higher volumes of referrals (i.e., 20+ referrals per month).
