How to track referral statuses?
- Open your Refera Dashboard and go to "Referrals."
- Select a referral to view its current status:
- Seen: The specialist has viewed the referral.
- Scheduled: The patient has scheduled an appointment.
- Complete: Treatment is finished, and the specialist may upload an operative report.
- Example: A GP can check the dashboard to see if their patient has scheduled an appointment for wisdom tooth extraction.
- Notifications are sent for:
- Completed referrals requiring follow-up.
- Operative reports uploaded by the specialist.
- Messages left by either party.
