How to add a practice that isn't in our database already?

While creating a referral, start typing the practice’s name or phone number in the Dental Office field. If the practice doesn’t appear, select “+ Add a new practice,” enter the phone number, and fill in the practice name, address, type (GP or specialist), and email.

Once added, the practice will automatically appear in your list for future referrals.

Note: First-time specialist practices may take up to 30 minutes to verify. After that, referrals are delivered instantly.
