How do I copy a referral and send it to multiple practices?

To send the same referral to multiple specialists:

1. As a user signed in to the Refera Dashboard, access the referral you want to copy in the Referral Inbox.
2. Click the Copy referral icon located on the right toolbar towards the bottom of the screen below the trashcan icon.
3. Search and select additional practice(s) from the list and confirm.

4. Click Copy referral when you are finished selecting additional practices.

   Note: Referral will not be sent to additional practices at this stage. You must click into each copied referral and send the referral individually to each practice to ensure the information contained within the referral is accurate.
